Andy’s Roll Covers is a multigenerational, family-owned American manufacturer dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Founded in 1985 by Andrew and Terry Phelan as Andy’s Auto Works in Orlando, Florida, the company’s direction changed in 1989 after a call from a flexographic printing company seeking protection for its costly laser-engraved anilox rolls.
In 1991, a major anilox manufacturer recognized the value of these covers and adopted them to replace heavy wooden crates, reducing shipping costs while improving product protection. From there, Andy’s Roll Covers earned a strong reputation across the printing and converting industries for reliability and smart design.
As Andy's Roll Covers grew, they transitioned fully into manufacturing and, in 2002, moved operations to Fort White, Florida. Their daughter Jessica Haslam (Senior Operations Manager) joined the company that same year, followed by their granddaughter Kyra Phelan (Administrative Assistant) in 2020.
Today, the family manages every aspect of production with the same integrity and hands-on dedication that have defined the company for decades.
Andy’s Roll Covers are proudly made in the U.S.A., manufactured in Fort White, Florida, by skilled American workers.
Over 90% of all materials are sourced within the United States, and more than half are repurposed seconds and surplus from the roofing, marine, and automotive industries—reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and a small carbon footprint.
By choosing Andy’s, customers support American manufacturing while reducing waste and protecting the environment.
For more than 30 years, Andy’s Roll Covers has helped customers across industries prevent costly roll damage and safeguard their investment.
