Laboratory experiments prove that Andy’s Roll Covers prevent impact damage. The following chart displays the results of tests performed at the University of Central Florida’s Materials Characterization Facility, under the direct supervision of the Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering Department (MMAE).

Compared to a bare anilox, an impact of over 50 time as severe was necessary to cause damage when protected with Andy’s Standard Covers. Andy’s Ultima Covers shielded the anilox from impact that were over 125 time as severe.
