Available Colors

Current colors for the Ultima line of roll covers include black, medium blue, dark blue, burgundy, white, hunter green, light gray, and purple.

The current inventory color for the Standard line of roll covers is mainly light charcoal. This color will be used exclusively. Other colors (black and tan) are available, but limited.

Color choice is based on whatever is on the table, is easily accessible, and how the cut size of the roll covers fit on the material with the least amount of wastage. Andy’s Roll Covers will do their best to accommodate your color requests from their current inventory. However, a 25% color request surcharge will be added to your order.

Color charts are available upon request.

Instructions for Measuring Rolls

Your accuracy ensures a properly fitting roll cover. If you have any room constraints, dead space, special circumstances, rotary dies or giant rolls, contact us for a consult.

Use inches.
Measure outside diameter (OD) or circumference and facelength (FL) of the roll. When using additional material around diameter of your roll, please include it in your roll diameter's measurement.
When ordering, give us these two dimensions.

Do covers extend past the roll's facelength?

Please request a consultaion for any questions pertaining to how far past the roll's face our covers extend. How the roll is stored, installed in the press, removed from the press, or any other room constraints will determine which model roll cover to order. If your cover must not extend past the roll's face, we will custom cut your roll cover to your required specifications.

Payment Terms

Type of payment accepted by Andy's Roll Covers is credit card, ACH bank transfer, bank wire transfer, or company check. Payment in full and payment information must be made before order is processed and placed in the queue.

Ordering

Contact Andy’s Roll Covers for a consult to discuss which model to order for your specific demands.
Have ready and provide the outside diameter (OD) and facelength (FL) dimensions of your roll(s) or cylinder(s).
We will email your written quote.
When ordering, email your PO with the following: Model (Standard or Ultima with or without edge protection), roll(s) dimensions, any other special instructions, price, shipping address, your contact information, and UPS shipper number if shipping freight collect or third party.
After your PO is received, an order confirmation will be emailed with instructions for payment.
After payment information or payment is received, the order will go into the queue for processing.

Turnaround Time

Once payment is received, your order will ship within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping

We only ship UPS. We can ship either prepaid and add, freight collect, or third-party billing. You (the customer) will pay for shipping plus insurance.

Within the US, your order will ship Standard United Parcel Service (UPS) unless instructed otherwise. Outside the US, unless otherwise instructed, your order will ship UPS using the most economical way. There will be no handling or any other additional fees.
